Responsibilities Facilities Act as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues & requests
Coordinate and monitor maintenance, repairs & facility operations to ensure smooth daily functioning of the building, being HVAC system the main focus
Liaise with external contractors, vendors & internal teams to manage services such as cleaning & technical maintenance according to the agreement and Scope of Work
Liaise with landlord to monitor all the requirements as per contract
Support facility projects such as renovations, space planning, and office moves
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance, compliance, and operations
Promote a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, insurance and safety departments when required
Identify, report, and follow up on facility issues, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating timely resolutions




Perform periodically review all facility-related activities, performance, and issues with the Facilities Coordinator to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
Health & Safety Under the supervision of the Environment, Health & Safety coordinator: General supervision, responsible for assisting with the implementation of CAE's global HSE strategies, programs, policies, procedures, and processes
Liaise with the delegated RSPP to monitor all the Occupational risk prevention requirements as per contract
Provides recommendations to EHS coordinator to facilitate continuous EH&S; performance improvement
Assisting specific site/operations safe working programs and practices intended to improve the knowledge, skill and responsibilities that will have a direct effect on reducing accidents or incidents
Assisting actively in the implementation of such programs/procedures following H&S; coordinator guidance
