We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager, Services to lead the development of Polar's B2C digital service offering. About The Role In this role, you will be responsible for Polar's B2C service offering across Polar's web service, applications and other digital services. As part of the Product Management team,



you will work in close collaboration with fellow product managers and cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure the services portfolio and related solutions also support Polar's B2C offering. You will create measurable impact on user engagement, retention, customer lifetime value and new service‐based revenue streams. Key Responsibilities Own the B2C service portfolio: Define and drive service strategy and roadmap across web, applications and other digital services. Ensure alignment with company strategy and commercial targets. Lead business and decision making: Develop and own business cases for related service concepts. Act as the customer voice towards Products & Services teams, making prioritization decisions. Ensure Polar services contribute to sales, customer experience, and long‐term competitiveness.
