Hitachi energy is currently searching for a Global Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence - BU High Voltage. This individual will be responsible for defining and driving the adoption of the Business Unit's Data, Analytics, and AI (DAAI) strategy in alignment with enterprise DAAI strategy and BU strategy and business objectives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, AI Nexus Program and the Digital Transformation Organization (DTO) to enhance organizational efficiency and clearly articulate AI value potential, driving alignment, shared ownership, and successful adoption. Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and capability building to enable scalable and compliant adoption of data-driven and AI solutions. The BU DAAI Lead is a member of the extended BU leadership team and acts as the single interface between BU leadership and Hitachi Energy's Group Data, Analytics & AI (DAAI) organization,

How you'll make an impact Define and drive the Business Unit data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business objectives and in partnership with enterprise DAAI organization Identify, consolidate, and prioritize AI opportunities across Business Units and functions leveraging agreed governance framework across Enterprise Translate business requirements into clear AI use cases with defined value hypotheses. Develop and manage the Business Unit AI portfolio and roadmap end to end leveraging the enterprise framework and tools. Govern the AI lifecycle from ideation and proof of value to validation and scale‐up through enterprise governance framework Establish and enforce data, analytics, and AI governance, privacy, and ethical standards.
