Experteer Overview In this role you guide customers through a transformation path to an integrated Global Solution, leveraging 3 DS expertise on the 3 DEXPERIENCE platform. You lead workshops to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, perform gap analyses, and drive value creation aligned with company strategy. You support SIT/UAT and ensure the solution meets the So W and customer expectations. You act as the main bridge between the customer and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and go-live. Responsibilities Define transformation path to an integrated Global Solution using 3 DEXPERIENCE Lead customer workshops to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and perform gap analysis Propose 3 DS-aligned solutions to drive transformation and value Foster alignment among 3 DS teams to ensure project success Oversee SIT/UAT phases, plan tests, manage defects,



and communicate with stakeholders Ensure delivered solution aligns with So W and customer expectations during adoption Act as primary liaison between customer and internal teams (developers, experts, infrastructure, integrators) Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in IT system integration within Manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or similar) Solid knowledge of web application architecture (APIs, Web Services) and data analysis/migration Functional understanding of PLM systems and manufacturing concepts (EBOM, MBOM, Bill of Process, Work Instructions) Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and go-live activities; defect logging and testing coordination Basic familiarity with ERP, APS, MOM and MES systems Availability and willingness to travel Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Benefits Car Private health insurance Meal voucher Flexible working hours Hybrid working model Extensive skills and career development programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
