Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and optimize a global real estate portfolio through data integrity, lease oversight, and insightful reporting. You will work closely with cross‐functional partners to translate complex real estate data into actionable insights that drive portfolio decisions. You will lead data management in Archibus, support lease administration, and help maintain Teams and SharePoint sites, contributing to the division's efficiency and strategic goals. Retribuzione / Benefits Maintain and improve portfolio data in Archibus (property, lease, strategic planning, sustainability)
Develop expertise in Archibus and provide user training and support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate portfolio data
Oversee external lease administration vendor for accuracy and completeness of lease data
Improve data collection, validation, lease abstraction, and lease management processes




Raise purchase orders and verify invoices
Create presentations, analyses, reports, and charts from multiple data sources
Translate real estate data into clear insights for portfolio decisions and management reporting
Organize and maintain Teams and SharePoint sites and support division intranet development
Provide administrative support to the Global Portfolio Management division
Responsabilità Proven experience in real estate data management, analysis, and reporting
Experience in lease management
Experience in corporate real estate within a global function
Ability to interpret lease terms and understand portfolio structures
Hands‐on experience with a real estate data management platform
Excellent proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint
Knowledge of SAP REFX is an asset
Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem‐solving
Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and accurate in a fast‐evolving environment
