In this role, you will be responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process, defining methods for assembly and testing activities and driving improvements in safety, quality and productivity.
As a Flow Assembly & Testing Cell Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing Manufacturing Engineer activities in Flow Assembly & Testing Cell,



developing and supporting Shop Routings & Procedures for the assembly & testing operations of Gas Turbines and/or Reciprocating Compressors.
Acting with continuous improvement attitude, evaluating Manufacturing Process and driving strategic projects to improve processes' safety, quality, capabilities, fulfillment and productivity.
Tools designing and capability analysis, Instruction Sheets, Equipment Improvement and Shop Fixture design
Technical guidance and problem-solving support to manufacturing production in the shopfloor
Working with Manufacturing Engineers in other Baker Hughes organizations/sites to leverage technology and best practices promote innovation
Working on NCR Resolution, proposing technical support to other functions
Supporting and integrating digital transformation and smart factory paradigm

Have a bachelor's degree in engineering and good experience in a similar role.
