Service Sales Engineer (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta)
Trane Italia Service Sales Team is expanding and we are looking for a new team member for the Northwest area (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta).
Location: Turin (preferred)
As a Services Sales Engineer,



you will join Trane’s best‑in‑class Commercial HVAC team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building efficiency and sustainability through our Service offerings.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our business strategy by developing long‑term relationships with building owners, strengthening our customer base, and providing comprehensive solutions for highly energy‑efficient buildings. You will bring your passion for problem solving, creating customer value, and building strong relationships to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Acquire customers and orders for service products
- Identify sales opportunities with existing and new customers, prepare proposals, and coordinate internal processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Promote customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and assistance
- Perform in line with company strategy regarding customer channels, product mix, and pricing levels
