WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Collecting demand for materials based on monthly production forecast.
- Defining intercompany material production plan according to available capacity, managing constraints and possible bottlenecks.
- Monitoring on a weekly basis the intercompany flow in order to ensure material availability for the productions.
- Supporting materials stock management together with logistics and suppliers.
- Improving and developing digital app and tools for easing material management.
