Job Description
Parsons is the selected PMC overseeing all activities of the design‑build contractor and acting as the client’s representative for all assigned contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues. The role focuses on delivering a large‑scale suspension bridge project, ensuring safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the client to develop the program’s vision and delivery strategy.
- Develop implementation, risk management, quality, delivery partner, contract templates, and overall program goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all project phases, staying up‑to‑date on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to suspension bridges.
- Ensure overall delivery and execution, covering safety, quality, and staff performance of Parsons.
- Proactively lead and manage key senior stakeholders, addressing their expectations.
- Manage program budgets, procurement strategies,



and cashflow.
- Mentor and lead employees, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Required Skills
- Minimum 25 years of experience in engineering and construction.
- Ten years of leadership experience on a project of similar type and scale.
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering large‑scale suspension bridge projects.
- Proven record of accomplishment in an executive role on major infrastructure construction projects.
- Experience in collaborative project management or delivery partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management skills at the C‑suite and national representation levels (e.g., ministerial interactions).
- Strong business acumen and data‑driven decision making.
