Job Summary :




- Assistance in day to day monitoring of maintenance tasks (reactive and preventive) in close liaison with the assigned IFM contractor.
- Assist with site visits, inspections and audits;
- Assistance in implementation of property plans and tactics to effectively manage the facilities activities related to the assigned portfolio to ensure investment protection, business continuity, cost management and rightsizing the portfolio to meet present demands.
- Build a sustainable database of landlord and managing agents for the Italy portfolio, and further to extend to the Continental Europe

Key responsibilities :
- Assistance the Business System Administrator with day-to-day activities.
- Collection and to archive of documents, correspondence etc.
- Assistance on collect and maintain department records and files.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations.
- Arrange medical check schedule and reservations.
- Answer telephon
