We're opening new markets from scratch and need someone who can build them.

The role Owns the DE/AT market end-to-end: opens doors through their own network, runs the demos and closes private-label deals with banks, neobanks and insurers. Intro-led, not cold outbound. High autonomy, direct founder support. Who we're looking for (must-have) Established network in banking / fintech / insurance in Germany (or Austria)



Track record closing B2B / enterprise deals Able to self-generate meetings (intros, associations, events) Native-level German (C2) plus fluent English Autonomous, high-energy, full ownership of the numbers Nice to have Experience selling SaaS / platforms to financial institutions Familiarity with the German regulatory landscape Package Indicative xysqume gross annual package (on-target): €50–60K gross/year, performance-linked with real upside Independent contractor engagement, fully remote How we assess What we look for (for pre-screening): consultative selling (not just pitching), energy, objection handling, and coachability (the most important). First call: screen-share to filter time-waster
