We operate in the Value and Risk Advisory department at JLL, providing clients with professional valuation and advisory services characterized by upper-grade specialization. Our integrated "custom-made" professional services are rooted in a profound understanding of the factors that contribute to estimating the market value of real estate assets.
Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies, and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner-occupiers, Property Developers, Banks and Insurance Companies, and Public Institutions.

Joining the Value and Risk Advisory team as Head of Industrial & Logistics means working autonomously and independently in daily workload management, leading the Industrial & Logistics team, taking responsibility for producing and delivering valuation reports, providing unrivaled client service and quality, developing the business, and contributing to achieving budget targets.
Competencies & Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate may have either an economic or technical educational background. RICS membership is required.
The successful candidate should ideally come from consulting or corporate companies, preferably with an international/European focus as well as local expertise, and have 10 years' experience in real estate valuation and related activities.
The role requires excellent financial analysis skills, report writing skills, and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Argus.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and oral,



is essential.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a proactive approach, precision, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, comfortable working under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Il o la candidata ideale dovrebbe provenire da società di consulenza o corporate, preferibilmente con un focus internazionale/europeo oltre che locale, e avere 10 anni di esperienza nella valutazione immobiliare e attività correlate.




Il ruolo richiede eccellenti capacità di analisi finanziaria, competenze nella redazione di report e un'ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office e Argus.
È essenziale la padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese, sia scritto che orale.
La persona ideale è collaborativa, con un approccio proattivo, precisa, orientata ai dettagli e ben organizzata, a proprio agio nel lavorare sotto la pressione di scadenze stringenti.

Estimated compensation for this position:
60,000.00 – 80,000.00 EUR per year
