The Value and Risk Advisory Department operates in the real estate valuation and advisory sector, offering clients professional services characterized by a high degree of specialization for internal purposes (strategic use, verification/monitoring, etc.) and external purposes (financing, financial statements, sale/acquisition, etc.).
Our services are directed to institutional and private investors, owners/direct users, developers and promoters, credit and insurance institutions, public entities/foundations and companies, including those not operating in the real estate sector.

Specific responsibilities assigned to the valuer:
Conducting site inspections

Documentary and market analysis aimed at developing valuation processes

Development of the valuation process

Report writing

Activities will also include contact and exchange with colleagues from other JLL Italy departments or Value and Risk Advisory departments in other countries.

Candidate profile - Required qualifications:
Degree in Economics and Commerce, Architecture or Engineering

RICS membership

Driver's license

Language skills: excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written

IT skills: excellent knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of Argus will be considered a plus

Il Dipartimento di Value and Risk Advisory opera nel settore delle valutazioni e della consulenza valutativa immobiliare proponendo ai suoi clienti servizi professionali caratterizzati da un elevato grado di specializzazione per finalità interne (uso strategico, verifica/monitoraggio, etc.) e esterne (finanziamento, bilancio, vendita/acquisizione, etc.).
I nostri servizi sono diretti a investitori istituzionali e privati, proprietari/utilizzatori diretti, sviluppatori e promotori, istituti di credito e assicurativi, enti pubblici/fondazioni e società, anche non operanti in ambito immobiliare.

Responsabilità:
Svolgimento sopralluoghi

Analisi documentali e di mercato finalizzate allo sviluppo dei processi valutativi

Sviluppo del processo valutativo

Redazione reportistica

Le attività prevedranno anche il contatto e lo scambio con colleghi afferenti ad altri dipartimenti di JLL Italia o ai dipartimenti Value and Risk Advisory di altri Paesi.

Requisiti richiesti:
Laurea in Economia e Commercio, Architettura o Ingegneria

RICS membership

Patente di guida

Competenze linguistiche: ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, sia parlata che scritta

Competenze informatiche: ottima conoscenza di MS Office. La conoscenza di Argus verrà considerata un plus

Estimated compensation for this position:
40,000.00 – 47,000.00 EUR per year
