We are recruiting a Graduate Automation Engineer for a one‑year assignment focused on automating logistics and production control at the San Nazzaro Cluster, with the expectation to spend the second year in a different cluster to gain international or regional experience. /p h3Your Impact in This Role /h3 ul liAnalyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies. /li liResearch and select technologies for automation and MES integration. /li liDevelop and test systems for weighing, vehicle access control, and transport document issuance (DDT). /li liDeploy MES for real‑time monitoring and production traceability. /li liTrain personnel on new automated systems and decision‑making tools. /li /ul h3What You Bring To The Table /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or a related field. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liLeadership, communication, and project management skills.
