Experteer OverviewIn this on?site role, you implement and monitor the Construction EHS Plan to ensure compliance with Exyte, client, and regulatory requirements.
You work closely with Construction Managers, Supervisors, and workers to foster a safe, incident?free site.
You will lead inspections, support RAMS and work permits, and drive a proactive safety culture through daily engagement.
This field?focused position offers meaningful impact by shaping site safety practices and emergency readiness.
Retribuzione / BenefitsConduct regular site safety inspections and walkthroughs to identify unsafe conditions and behaviours
Monitor construction activities and ensure closing of corrective actions from inspections, audits, and EHS meetings
Provide on?site EHS guidance and support to Construction Managers, Supervisors, and workers
Verify RAMS, SPA/LMRA, and work permits where required
Monitor site infrastructure (escape routes, emergency routes, traffic management, lighting) and report deficiencies




Escalate unsafe situations and support emergency response and Incident Free Workplace initiatives
Promote proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement, and daily interaction with project teams
Support EHS reporting, documentation, and compliance monitoring on site
ResponsabilitàDegree (Bac +2 or equivalent) in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) or related field
Minimum 3 years of construction site experience xysqume in an EHS role
Good knowledge of construction site safety practices, risk assessment, and hazard identification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working on site with multidisciplinary teams
Computer literacy for EHS monitoring, reporting, and documentation
Fluent Italian (C1) and English (B2)
EHS certifications and trainings (First Aid, Working at Height, Scaffolding, Fire Safety, etc.) are assets
