Experteer OverviewIn this role, you support the Technical Enablement function within SimCorp's Value Stream Management Office to standardize practices and accelerate value delivery.
You'll enable efficient, scalable delivery by shaping configuration management, tests, and infrastructure readiness across value streams.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to reduce friction, improve resilience, and onboard new squads.

Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects
Guide business consultants in developing configuration in a DevOps approach
Monitor, react to, and debug failing tests

Manage end-to-end infrastructure
Develop tools to support integrated tests
ResponsabilitàProficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience
Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD and PowerShell scripting
Azure networking and related certifications
DevOps mindset and belief in test driven development
Practical experience with Azure technologies (Azure DevOps pipelines, Function xysqume apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB)
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or Terraform)
Ability to drive transformation and learn business processes
Ability to work collaboratively, self-motivated, and consistently deliver results
