We partner with CFOs and finance transformation teams on CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Pigment, Oracle EPM, SAP, kShuttle, and other leading CPM platforms.We combine deep CPM expertise with strong delivery capability, helping finance organizations turn complexity into clarity through better governance, stronger steering, and solutions that work in real life.Your role We are looking for a CPM Consultant / Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant to join our Italian team and support the delivery of CPM and Finance Transformation projects for leading organizations.In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Controlling and IT stakeholders to design, implement and improve CPM solutions, contributing to planning, consolidation, reporting and broader finance transformation initiatives.What you will doSupport the delivery of CCH Tagetik implementation projects, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing and go-liveWork with clients to understand their finance, controlling, planning, consolidation and reporting processes for financial & non-financial dataTranslate business requirements into effective CPM solutions, collaborating with both functional and technical teamsContribute to workshops, design sessions, documentation, user training and project governance activitiesSupport clients during testing, data validation,



issue resolution and post go-live stabilization.Collaborate with the AMCO | CPM Partners team to share knowledge, improve delivery methodologies and contribute to the growth of the Italian practiceDepending on your seniority, coordinate project streams, manage client relationships and support junior consultantsWho you areYou bring solid experience in CPM, finance transformation, or financial systems implementation within consulting or corporate environmentsYou have strong expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, finance processes, and sustainability reporting processes, combined with a good understanding of CPM technologiesExperience with CCH® Tagetik ESG & Sustainability Performance Management and knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks is a plusYou are comfortable working directly with CFOs and senior stakeholders and know how to communicate with confidence and credibilityYou combine strong project management skills with a hands-on, delivery oriented mindsetYou are fluent in English, and enjoy working in international environmentsWhy join AMCO | CPM Partners High standards, real integrity We work in a CFO-facing environment where quality, accountability, and integrity are non-negotiable.
