The role manages the technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support of utility-scale BESS projects.Key Responsibilities1.
Project Handover from Sales / PresalesTake ownership of projects after commercial contract closure .
Review project scope including:System designGrid requirementsPerformance guaranteesProject schedulesAlign with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy.2.
Project Execution & DeliveryManage the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects .
Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards.Manage project risks and coordinate issue resolution.3.




Commissioning & Grid IntegrationOversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including:System energizationGrid compliance testingPerformance testingWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration.Ensure successful handover to operations.4.
Operations Support & Service ManagementCoordinate post-commissioning support and service activities .
Manage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance.Monitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed.Interface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics.5.
Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary technical contact between:CustomersEPC contractorsOEM suppliersInternal teamsEnsure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders.QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.5–10 years experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
