The Opportunity at a Glance Roof Squad is an innovative, technology-first roofing company that is deeply committed to training staff for successful, long-term careers. They are currently hiring Door-to-Door Sales Reps acrossseveral key markets, including major cities like Houston and San Antonio (TX), New Orleans (LA), Gulfport (MS) and Denver (CO).

What You'll Be Doing Canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners about roofing needs
Educating customers on storm damage and insurance claims
Performing roof inspections (with training and support)
Managing leads and pipeline using tools like Google Workspace and Slack
Generating your own leads to build a sales pipeline, with assigned leads as you perform
Following up, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships
Compensation 100% commission-based structure (uncapped)




Your income is directly tied to your production
$500 per closed deal generated from inspections during training phases

Post-Bootcamp Growth Plan After graduation, Roof Squad will continue to support your growth as you start sales at your local branch.
Weeks 3-6 (Paid Training Phase) $500/week base support
Minimum: 3 self-generated leads per week
Target: 6+ leads per week
Weeks 3-8 Performance Incentive Generate 6 leads/week for 6 weeks (36 total)
Earn a $2,000 premio
Week 9+ Transition into full production mode
Ongoing weekly training with local managers
Continued skill development and performance coaching
