Role Overview The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic agency and client partnerships. This role focuses on managing high-value relationships, winning new business, and positioning Channel Factory as a trusted partner in contextual video advertising. Position Details * Department: Sales * Location: Milan * Reports to: Sales Director Key Responsibilities * Own and grow a portfolio of key agency and direct client relationships. Experience with WPP and Omnicom is preferred * Drive new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles end-to-end * Develop strategic account plans to deliver sustained revenue growth * Lead negotiations and close high-value,



multi-market deals * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery * Represent Channel Factory with senior stakeholders and at industry events What We're Looking For * 5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising sales * Strong network within media agencies and/or major advertisers * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets * Deep understanding of digital video, YouTube, and the media buying ecosystem * Confident communicator in both English & Italian, with strong negotiation and presentation skills * Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution Why Channel Factory?
