In this role you support the local business line Switchgears in Dalmine by overseeing financial performance and reporting.
You will collaborate with local management to monitor KPIs, drive P&L; and balance sheet accuracy, and contribute to monthly closings and planning cycles.
You'll optimize financial processes, report to the global team, and help the business reach targets in a hybrid work setup.

Financial administration, monitoring and analysis of P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash flow for the local Switchgears line
Own the monthly closing processes (accruals, provisions, postings) and related reporting
Support Business Management to achieve financial targets and provide reliable financial information to the global level




Participate in Financial Planning and budgeting, including forecasts and long-term simulations
Cost management and reporting, with analysis of cost trends
Drive continuous improvement and automation of local financial processes
Coordinate financial information with the global Business Line and liaise with the global finance team
Graduate in Economics or Management Engineering
5 years of experience in financial roles and financial business controlling with P&L; and Balance Sheet analysis
Knowledge of MS Office; preferred SAP and CFIN system experience
Curious and proactive mindset; autonomous learning and adaptation
Strong collaboration and communication skills; fluent in Italian and English
