We're looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Milan and play a key role in delivering utility-scale Solar PV projects across Italy.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

cts.Managing project schedules, budgets, quality, risks, resources, and contractor performa
nce.Ensuring contractual obligations and project milestones are achie
ved.Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional delivery standa
rds.Supporting the Business Development team by assessing project feasibility and participating in site visits where requi
red.Monitoring the project pipeline and coordinating project kick-off activit
ies.Managing project cash flow and payment applicati
ons.Supporting EPC contract negotiations and project acquisiti




ons.Ensuring compliance with company QEHS standards, local regulations, and industry best practi
ces.Coordinating project acceptance, commissioning, warranty management, and hando
ver.Providing regular project reporting to local management and global headquart
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership sk
ills.Essential requirem
ents: Fluent in Eng
lish.
5+ years' experience as a Project Man
ager.
Minimum 3 years' experience delivering Solar PV proj
ects.
Strong knowledge of the Italian EPC ma
rket.
Familiarity with international standards and project management best pract
ices.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneo
usly.
Proactive, adaptable, organised, and solutions-foc
used.
Honest, enthusiastic, and eager to continuously l
earn.
Nice to
have:Experience delivering Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) pro
ects.
