The Coordinator – Decision Support and Health Analytics works towards creating a framework for information management and analytics that strengthens the capacity for strategic, evidence-based decision making at SRCHC. This position works closely with management and leadership teams to use data to inform operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for funder-compliant data collection,



quality and analysis to support organizational accountability and performance measurement. This position champions, leads or supports a range of data-driven projects and has access to all system infrastructure, backups, and electronic documentation including information regarding board and leadership team decisions, human resources, finance, accountability agreements and reporting, clinical data, etc. This position works with teams to ensure practice is in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations governing information privacy and security. xysqume Working onsite is required.
