Position
The Demand Planning Team is looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to manage downstream supply chain activities for the entire WW Woman & Man business for the LG, Accessories, Shoes and RTW categories.
Based in Rome, within the Supply Chain Department, the Demand Team has the aim of guarantee the correct availability of the Timeless products in Retail and apply merchandise and product strategy of the brand.
Job Responsibilities
Operational Coordination: support day-to-day activities, setting priorities when needed to address changes in business needs;
Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with different departments, including Merchandising, Sales Planning and Supply Planning to ensure steady availability on timeless products and to proactively identify and assess potential risks and develop corresponding mitigation strategies and contingency plans;
Sales & Stock Projection Supervision: Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, supervise forecast and reorders evaluation in order to guarantee the most efficient product availability and inventory coverage;
Driving Catalogue efficiency: Strictly collaborate with other teams to define an efficient Timeless product catalogue in terms of stock and coverage;
Process Improvement: analyse existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes and implement best practices to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance.
Profile
Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar fields;




2-3 years' experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields, with strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
Fashion and Luxury experience is a plus;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
Strong analytical skills with knowledge on tools such as Anaplan, Power BI and Excel.
Demonstrated proficiency in analytics and forecasting methods;
Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously;
Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment, and to lead and motivate teams effectively;
Fluent in English; French a plus.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR ******
This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position.
This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting.
Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current organizational needs.
On top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies.
This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Commercio) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy.
