Job Responsibilities
1. On-site Equipment Inspection & Maintenance : Conduct daily inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance on energy storage systems (PCS, BMS, EMS, battery clusters, transformers, switchgear, fire suppression systems, etc.) according to O&M; plans;
promptly identifyand resolve equipment anomalies to ensure safe and stable system operation.
2. Fault Diagnosis & Emergency Response: Receive and respond to equipment fault alarms;
rapidly perform on-sitefault localization, root cause analysis, and repair recovery;
coordinate with relevant technical teams on complex faults to minimize downtime and improve system availability.
3. Equipment Commissioning Support: Coordinate resources for post-installation commissioning, grid-connection testing, trial operation, and final acceptance of energy storage projects.
4. O&M; Data Management & Reporting: Collect and organize operational data, fault records, maintenance records, and inspection reports;
analyze equipmentoperating status and health conditions;
propose optimization recommendations;
and regularly produce O&M; analysis reports to support equipment reliability improvement.
5. On-site Safety Management & Customer Communication: Strictly enforce electrical safety operation procedures and energy storage industry safety standards;
implement on-siterisk control and work permit systems;
maintain communication and coordination with customers, owners, and relevant partners;
provide timely feedbackon equipment operation;
and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Skills: Experience in O&M; and maintenance of large-scale energy storage projects preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Languages: Fluent in English, good at Italian is a plus
