What You'll Do
Coordinate and facilitate quarterly Sales Program planning, helping define the "plays" that drive market success.
Build sophisticated reports and dashboards to track program results, translating raw data into actionable information for Sales leadership.
Support end?to?end sales cycle by building target lists, managing data uploads, and streamlining campaign creation.
Provide monetization and data science support, identifying trends to help teams sell smarter and more effectively.
Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance, driving improvements in coverage model through scalable analytics.
Assist in developing presentations for senior executives, helping inform regional strategy decisions.
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a Milan?based university, expected graduation ****.
Ability to sign a university agreement Tirocinio Curriculare for the full 10?month duration.
Fluency in Italian and English (oral and written).
Analytical mindset: driven by data and patterns.
Self?starter: curious, innovative, autonomous, thrives in fast?paced environment.
Strong communication skills: articulate complex technical ideas to non?technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce.com, Tableau, or SQL is a major advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in an analytical discipline (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Big Data).
Experience in project management or systematic approach to demand generation.
Networking skills: build relationships across company and manage cross?functional virtual teams.
Internship Details & Benefits
Schedule: Monday?Friday, 4 hours/day (Morning or Afternoon slots).
Work arrangement: Hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
