As a
Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Assembly Technologies
, you will be part of our
Sales Team
based in
Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI)
and will join a
structured training path
focused on developing both
technical capabilities
and
cross-functional competencies
(sales techniques, communication, customer management, problem-solving, etc.).
As part of this program, you will follow a
blended training journey
combining in-field learning in Italy with hands-on experience at our international plants and Headquarters.
You will be trained to:
Help shaping the future:
Support the sales strategy across
Piemonte and Lombardia
, working primarily with
direct customers
in
Automotive, Assembly, and FMCG
sectors, while also cooperating with
indirect sales partners
. You'll contribute to the expansion and management of the customer portfolio by analyzing market data and identifying new opportunities.
Experience cooperation:
Collaborate closely with the
local Sales team
,
channel partners
, and the
Headquarters
to align commercial and technical efforts, share best practices, and support the implementation of integrated solutions tailored to customer needs.
Take on responsibility:
Assist in
sales negotiations
, manage customer relationships, and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle. You will contribute to achieving
sales targets
, supporting both turnover and margin objectives, while growing your commercial acumen.
Use creativity and scope for development:
Analyze
market trends and customer needs




to propose tailored
assembly technology solutions
. You'll represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs, actively contributing to brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
Education:
University degree or ITS specialization in
Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics
, or related technical fields.
English proficiency at
minimum B1 level
, with the ability to interact in written and spoken form with international teams and Headquarters.
Organisational Skills:
Motivated to achieve measurable results and focused on
customer satisfaction

In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € ****** – € ****** for a 40-hour work week.
In addition, the remuneration package will also include an individual performance-related premio
