ppHealth Safety Advisor – Data Centre Projects /p pUp to €63,000 + Package /p pFull‑Time, Permanent /p pOur client, a leading fit‑out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑specification projects across Europe, is seeking an experienced bHealth Safety Advisor /b to support the successful delivery of two major data centre projects in Milan. /p pWorking for a specialist subcontractor, you will be responsible for driving health, safety and environmental standards across both sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements and local regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation operating within the rapidly expanding mission‑critical and data centre sector. /p pRole – Health Safety Advisor. You will work closely with project teams, site management and client representatives to maintain the highest health and safety standards throughout the construction life cycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCarry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations across both project locations. /li liMonitor compliance with company policies, client requirements and relevant legislation. /li liReview and monitor Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS). /li liConduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings. /li liSupport project teams in implementing safe systems of work. /li liInvestigate accidents, incidents and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actions. /li liMaintain accurate HSE records, reports and documentation. /li liTrack and close out safety observations and audit findings.



/li liLiaise with client representatives, contractors and site stakeholders on all HSE matters. /li liPromote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across both projects. /li liAssist with permit‑to‑work systems and high‑risk construction activities. /li /ul h3Candidate Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a Health Safety Advisor, HSE Advisor or similar role within the construction industry. /li liStrong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best practice. /li liExperience working on large‑scale construction projects. /li liRelevant Health Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities. /li liStrong auditing, reporting and incident investigation experience. /li liExperience working for a subcontractor or specialist contractor. /li liIOH Membership or equivalent. /li liKnowledge of permit‑to‑work systems and temporary works safety requirements. /li liItalian language skills would be advantageous but are not essential. /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liSalary up to €63,000 plus package. /li liOpportunity to work on high‑profile data centre developments in Milan. /li liJoin a market‑leading fit‑out contractor with a strong European project pipeline. /li liCareer development and progression opportunities within a growing business. /li liDynamic and collaborative project environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
