You will maintain employee records, ensure compliance with Italian labor regulations, and support attendance tracking and HR reporting in a dynamic environment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of HR Admin experience, and fluent English (C1). Proficiency in Excel and Workday is preferred.
