As we accelerate through a strong global growth phase, we are strengthening our team and seeking a motivated intern or recent graduate in Management Engineering or Economics to join our Operations Department ideal for completing a thesis or gaining meaningful professional experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations department.
Analyze and monitor operational data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Identify and assess non?conformities, risks,
and operational issues.
Prepare reports and deliver insights that guide business decision?making.
Travel between Alpinestars facilities to assist with operational activities.
Contribute to digitalization projects as required.
Requirements:
Enrolled student who graduated in Management Engineering or Economics.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
A proactive attitude coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
