We are looking for a person to join the Business Transformation & Digital Ecosystems Business Line, which supports organizations in innovating their business models by fully leveraging the potential of new technologies and, in particular, the value of data. Activities and Responsibilities * Independently manages the design and evolution of Digital Ecosystems throughout their entire lifecycle, including the definition of new operating models by identifying and enhancing cross-cutting Digital Capabilities, enabling new ways of working within organizations or creating new digital relationships between companies and external stakeholders (unlocking additional value from data, AI models, prompt templates, etc.). * Defines, documents, and certifies cross-cutting Digital Capabilities (e.g. data flows, APIs,



AI models); provides advisory services on data management, interoperability, and technical architectures, ensuring alignment with reference standards. * Facilitates innovative scenarios enabled by Digital Ecosystems, leads idea generation sessions, evaluates emerging technologies, and builds targeted use cases and experimentation initiatives. * Manages the Digital Ecosystem community, coordinates dissemination and communication activities, designs and delivers onboarding and engagement sessions, and monitors adoption and development KPIs. * Manages medium?complexity projects, oversees client relationships and team coordination, and contributes to the definition of business models, strategic roadmaps, and commercial offerings. * Independently designs and delivers standard and customized training courses on Digital Ecosystem topics. Required skills The ideal candidate is a promising, dynamic, and proactive professional with 2–3 years of work experience. Preferred educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. APIs, Digital Assets, and Interoperability * Ability to independently analyze, design, document, and validate Digital Assets (e.g. APIs, data flows, prompt templates, AI models). * Solid knowledge of data interoperability principles and delivery infrastructures,



with the ability to provide technical guidance aligned with standards and guidelines. Digital Ecosystems and Data Management * Strong understanding of the Digital Ecosystem paradigm and ability to analyze and redesign vertical silos from an integration perspective. * Operational skills in data management and data modeling. Technology and Scenario Scouting * Ability to assess the maturity of emerging technologies and related application scenarios (e.g. emerging standards for interoperability between AI agents). * Aptitude for connecting technology trends, use cases, and concrete opportunities for Digital Ecosystem initiatives. Project, Proposals, and Training * Ability to manage medium?complexity projects by planning activities, monitoring progress, and working towards objectives. * Active contribution to the technical drafting of project proposals, supporting the definition of content, effort, and solutions. * Ability to design and deliver standard or customized training sessions within areas of expertise. Type of contract Full?time fixed?term contract under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria Privata), with a gross annual salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €40,000, depending on experience.
