In this role you lead talent management and HR operations across the hotel cluster, shaping people strategies for recruitment, succession, development, and culture. You drive compliance, compensation benchmarking, and pre-opening HR readiness to ensure high performance and guest excellence. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, unions, and sustainability initiatives to align HR with business goals. This is a strategic, impact-focused leadership position in a multi-property luxury hotel environment.
Oversee recruitment, succession planning and career development across the cluster and conduct host satisfaction surveys with corrective actions
Coordinate host facilities, awards, and activities across properties in Rome, Milan, and the Milan cluster office
Lead the performance management system and analyze turnover trends to inform strategy
Keep job descriptions up-to-date and maintain confidential files; ensure compliance with legal and safety protocols
Conduct salary and benefits surveys and recommend market-aligned adjustments within local statutes
Drive HR aspects of pre-opening projects and coordinate with the project team for HR readiness
Manage union relationships where present and ensure compliance with consultation requirements
Ensure Comunicazione Obbligatoria filings and other mandatory administrative notifications for new hires
Monitor evolving Italian labor law requirements to keep employment practices current
Focus on talent management and training practices across all properties to remain effective
Establish and deliver financial returns related to revenue, profitability, and ROIC across the cluster
Operate properties in line with statutory, contractual, and safety standards; maintain budgeting controls
Coordinate sustainability initiatives with the Sustainability Manager and drive social responsibility actions within the cluster
Bachelor in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Management; 4 years of related training experience or equivalent
More than five years' experience in a similar HR role within a cluster or multi-property luxury hotel environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with HR/payroll systems; ADP/Timesaver preferred
Professional HR designation (PHR, SPHR or similar) preferred
Fluent in English and Italian
EU/EEA citizenship or right to work in Italy without sponsorship
