Descrizione del lavoro Your Activities * Serve as the primary client interface and manage relationships with both the client and project team. * Successfully organize and lead meetings, set agendas, maintain project directories, and issue meeting minutes. * Support the development, management, and tracking of project budgets, milestones, and schedules. * Read and understand construction drawings and specifications. * Assist the owner with contract negotiations and analyze and negotiate change orders. * Support in the formation of a junior talent. Qualifiche What do we ask of you? * Background in the following areas: Project Management, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Monitoring, Cost Estimating, with at least 7–8 years of relevant experience. * Experience in Hospitality, Office and Residential Developments * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field preferred, or comparable relevant experience.



* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand, interpret, and communicate critical schedule data and present viable solutions. * Ability to quickly learn client-specific software applications and demonstrate strong technological capability. * Strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD. * Experience with scheduling software. * Proficiency and comfort using a variety of project management tools. * Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to use data to support risk identification, quantification, response, and control related to the master schedule. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment. * Excellent English language skills are mandatory. * Availability for national business travel. * available as a consultant in Partita Iva #J-*****-Ljbffr
