What You’ll Do Develop our market territory by prospectingclients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals andclosing meetings. Qualify and understand your prospects’business-critical issues, challenge conventional learningapproaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the businessimpact goFLUENT brings to an organization. Develop compellingbusiness cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions. Buildconsultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, anddecision-makers from your key client accounts. Work and collaboratewith our experienced Business Development, Marketing and CustomerSuccess Teams to successfully close high potential deals.Participate in exhibitions and events. Travel to customer siteswithin your territory to support your sales efforts.



What You’llNeed Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales. Good to have SaaS andinternational experience. Ability to build strong relationships atall levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers andthe C-suite. Excellent written and verbal communication,presentation, and negotiation abilities in English (native orfluent) and French and/or German (minimum B2 level) are muchappreciated. Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced,results-oriented, collaborative environment. Proactive, personable,hard-working and easily adaptable. Active on social media in abusiness context. Confidence using LinkedIn for outreach andnetworking is a plus. Relevant experience in the Training,e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
