About the Position: We are looking for a Customer Service adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Translating technical specs to customer-facing documentation and responding to customer technical queries.
Other skills that we would welcome: Diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Expectations from you in this position: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
