Are you an experienced sales professional within medical aesthetics looking to take the next step in your career?

Were partnering with a global leader in aesthetic medicine to recruit two Key Account Managers to drive commercial growth across Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a market-leading portfolio and a strong reputation for innovation within the aesthetics industry.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Key Account Manager, youll be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by developing long-term partnerships with aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:
Driving new business while expanding existing customer accounts.
Building strong relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and key decision-makers.
Developing and executing strategic account plans.
Delivering product training and educational sessions.
Supporting workshops, events, and congresses across your territory.
Identifying new commercial opportunities and maximising account growth.
Managing your sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity.
Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering against ambitious sales targets.





Were keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous experience within Medical Aesthetics , ideally injectables.
A proven track record in field-based B2B sales.
Strong business development and account management skills.
An established network of aesthetic physicians and private clinics.
Experience managing a territory independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A genuine hunter mentality with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Ideal Backgrounds
Were particularly interested in professionals with experience selling:
Injectable aesthetic products
Energy-based aesthetic devices
Premium medical aesthetic solutions
