/liliDevelop relationships with entrepreneurs, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), family businesses and key intermediaries.
/liliContribute personally to asset gathering while supporting the development of the wider team.
/liliAct as the ambassador of the bank across the Italian wealth management ecosystem.
/liliWork closely with senior management on the long-term development of the franchise.

/liliStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow senior bankers.
/liliEstablished reputation within the Italian wealth management market.
/liliExisting network of HNW/UHNW clients, entrepreneurs and professional intermediaries.
/liliAbility to contribute to new asset acquisition and business development.
/liliEntrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent relationship management skills.
/liliFluent Italian and English are required.
