and update incidents in the ticketing systemEscalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teamsEnsure timely resolution in line with SLA requirementsRequired Skills & Experience:1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT SupportStrong knowledge xysqume of Windows ***** environmentBasic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with Active Directory and user account managementGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in an on-site environment
