/liliManage and develop an organization of approximately 150 employees, including a nationwide commercial network.
/liliEnsure effective integration and coordination across Operations, Service, Logistics, Branches, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and Human Resources.
/liliMonitor and optimize processes, planning tools, and performance management systems.
/liliSupport organizational development initiatives and strengthen internal managerial capabilities.
/liliPartner with Ownership in the execution of strategic initiatives and growth projects, including potential integration and acquisition activities.
/liliIdentify and implement operational and organizational improvement opportunities to support business growth.
/liliMaintain a strong field presence, working closely with employees, customers, and operational teams.
/li /ul /br /brh3The Successful Applicant /h3 /brulliProven experience as a Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, or Operations Director within entrepreneurial businesses characterized by significant operational, logistics,



or service complexity.
/liliStrong background in B2B services, preferably within recurring-revenue business models such as rental, maintenance, technical services, facility services, field services, or distribution.
/liliDemonstrated experience in the integrated management of Operations, Supply Chain, and structured commercial organizations.
/liliPrevious exposure to companies with active ownership and/or private equity involvement.
/liliSolid track record in managing people, processes, and operational and financial performance.
/liliStrong results orientation, pragmatic approach, and the ability to lead change while preserving the company's culture and values.
/liliAuthoritative leadership style, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build consensus across all organizational levels.
/liliAvailability to maintain a regular on-site presence at headquarters and travel extensively across Italy.
