Overview: The Grant Associate will join the Corporate Grants & Funding Department, based in Florence.
This position plays a key role in supporting the development and management of funding initiatives at European, national, and regional levels.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:
- Preparing administrative documents and professional presentations
- Drafting monthly reports to track actuals versus budget
- Completing and submitting funding application forms
- Monitoring European, national, and regional funding opportunities and
program
- Identifying relevant calls for proposals and aligning them with internal
project ideas
- Supporting the evaluation and submission of grant proposals
- Coordinating project timelines and contributing to project management
tasks
- Handling signature collection and declarations from senior leadership
- Managing shared project folders, including sensitive and confidential
documents
- Collaborating with external consultants, project partners, and internal




departments
- Providing training and operational support to project stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Economics or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics);
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and
grant application platforms;
- Previous experience, even short-term, in reporting for European-funded
projects;
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur ******,00 and Eur ******,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. *******.
