/p h3The Role /h3 pFAAC Technologies is looking for a bCorporate Infrastructure Manager /b for its headquarters in bZola Predosa, Bologna.
/b /p pThe selected candidate will be responsible for the technical and operational coordination of the Network and Systems teams, ensuring the stability, security, and evolution of the company's IT infrastructure.
The candidate will also act as a technical point of reference and will be responsible for the execution of infrastructure projects, working closely with IT Management, Cybersecurity, and the other business functions to operationally translate their risk analyses into concrete technical actions.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the activities of the Network and Systems teams, ensuring alignment, clear priorities, and effective execution.
/li liSupport the technical growth of resources, promoting standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
/li liCollaborate with IT Management on capacity planning, technology evolution, and infrastructure roadmap.
/li liSupervise the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall).
/li liProvide support for architectural decisions and third-level troubleshooting activities.
/li liSupervise Windows/Linux environments, on-prem and cloud/hybrid.
/li liCoordinate activities related to virtualization, storage, backup, DR, and identity management.
/li liEnsure availability, performance, and operational continuity of services.
/li liSupport procurement activities in collaboration with IT Management.
/li liCoordinate infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, new services).
/li liOversee the execution of helpdesk activities, ensuring that tickets directly assigned to the technical teams are managed effectively and resolved within the agreed SLA timelines.
/li liPlan activities, resources, timelines, and risks.
/li /ul h3What do You need to be successful?
/h3 ul liSignificant experience in IT infrastructure environments, with skills in both networking and systems.
/li liProven experience in IT project management and in coordinating teams or technical resources.
/li liSolid knowledge of enterprise network architectures (routing and switching), network security and firewalls, as well as management of site-to-site and remote access VPNs.
/li liExperience in managing multi-site environments and hybrid infrastructures, including integration between on-premises and cloud systems (Azure, AWS, or equivalent), and knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365.
/li liSkills in Windows Server and Linux operating systems, virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper?V, or equivalent), and Backup Disaster Recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam, Zerto).
/li liKnowledge of Identity Access Management solutions (e.g. Active Directory, Entra ID).
/li liAbility to design architecture and produce technical documentation, with good knowledge of IT processes (ITIL or similar).
/li liFluence in English.
/li liAptitude for standardization and automation, technical leadership, and coordination skills.
/li liStructured approach to problem solving, ability to manage priorities and escalations, with an orientation toward objectives and projects.
/li liPrevious experience in enterprise or multi-site environments and regulated contexts (e.g. ISO *****, NIS2).
/li liTechnical certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, cloud) and knowledge of project management methodologies will be considered a plus.

/p pGross Annual Salary (RAL): €55,000–€65,000, depending on professional experience, technical skills, and how well the profile matches the requirements of the position.
