brpb Process Technologist (Hot Rolling) /b /p p The successful candidate will join the international b Process Engineering /b team and will be involved in the development, optimization, and commissioning of steelmaking plants for customers worldwide.
/pp Working closely with the Automation, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Engineering teams, the Process Technologist will contribute to improving process performance and b supporting plant start-up and ramp-up activities.
/b /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Analyze and optimize hot rolling process parameters.
/lili Support the development, validation, and optimization of process models.
/lili Collaborate with the Automation team to improve process control strategies and control logic.
/lili Support commissioning, plant start-up, and ramp-up activities at customer sites worldwide.
/lili Perform technical troubleshooting during start-up and commissioning phases.
/lili Analyze process data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
/lili Work within multidisciplinary international teams on complex industrial projects.




/li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
/lili At least b5 years of experience /b as a Process Engineer, Process Technologist, Process Specialist, or in a similar role.
/lili Solid knowledge of b hot rolling processes /b within the steel industry.
/lili Experience in process modelling and simulation.
/lili Hands-on experience with plant commissioning and start-up activities.
/lili Good command of the English language.
/lili Willingness to travel internationally.
