Manager / Team Leader
As Senior Marketing Director for the Molecular Franchise in EMEA, you will translate global molecular strategy into regional priorities and lead cross-country execution.
You'll manage a regional team, drive launches, and consolidate market insights to influence global planning.
You will act as a strategic connector between global and local marketing, ensuring aligned, localized market activation.
This role offers influence across a matrix organization and the chance to shape molecular diagnostics growth across 8 clusters in EMEA.

Cascading and regionalizing global Molecular strategy for EMEA with clear priorities
Coordinate regional launches using the Launch Excellence framework and ensure market readiness
Gather and synthesize Voice of Customer to inform global strategy and product development
Support local teams with consistent, locally relevant marketing execution and elevate blockers
Lead regional collaboration between Global Product & Market Management and cluster marketing teams
Drive cross-functional alignment, internal communications,



and reduce duplicated effort
Identify opportunities to centralize marketing activities for scale and efficiency
Lead and develop the regional Molecular Marketing team, influencing without direct authority
Master's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline
7–10 years of progressive marketing/commercial experience in the IVD industry
Strong experience in the Molecular market
Experience in regional/cross-country roles and in matrix, multicultural environments
proven managerial ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
Track record in successful product launches, franchise management, or portfolio ownership
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and ability to translate insights into priorities
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English;
other European languages advantageous
