Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requestsProvide VIP user supportDeliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre supportPerform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment's)Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teamsManage printer and MFP supportSupport PC refresh activitiesManage ticketing systemEnsure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Local stock managementLocation: Segrate (Milano - fully onsite)Temporary employment contract: 5 monthsPlease send your CV in English and we will be glad to share some more insights with you!
