ph3Overview /h3 pAn opportunity has arisen to join the Finance Team at Cubico Sustainable Investments as a Finance Analyst for Cubico Italy. Located in Milan and reporting into the Finance Director, this role has responsibility for preparation and update of company financial models to support and assist company decision around new term and conditions to be negotiated with key lenders, optimal structure and cash flow. /p pSalary range: €38,000+ (depending on experience) /p h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in FPA functions in Renewable Energy or Infrastructure industries. /li liExperience in a Financial Advisory arm from one of the Big Four firms. /li liExcellent financial modeller – able to construct models from scratch, operate and manage them. /li liStrong academic background in Engineering, Finance or similar degrees. /li liFluency in English and Italian is required. /li liSelf-starter who can manage a full and varied workload and deadlines. /li liAbility to identify, manage and resolve issues. /li liStrong communication skills – including both verbal and written in English. /li liDemonstrates a critical approach and is motivated, bright and personable. /li liProactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and can‑do approach. /li liEnthusiastic and able to take ownership of problems and provide solutions. /li liStrong team player with an open and proactive approach to sharing of information and creating knowledge for the group. /li liMaintains master files and initiates various processes.



/li liMaintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. /li liExperience of working in either in renewables or energy industry would be advantageous. /li liTechnically competent and familiar with working with Accounting Law. /li liHave experience of working in a fast paced, international business. /li /ul h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the analytical and quantitative work for the semi-annual valuation process of Italy and portfolio with Cubico HQ functions. /li liLiaise with external advisers, independent auditors and other internal customers. /li liResearch, analysis and benchmark industry information, technical and financial data. /li liHave ownership, prepare and update financial models including for the restructuring of project financing based on new terms conditions to be negotiated with key lenders. /li liRun sensitivity analysis to assist on the decision-making for the optimal structures for the shareholders. /li liPrepare, analyse and present monthly cash flow and income statement projection of Italian SPVs pointing out potential cash shortfalls. /li liAssist in the preparation of investment committee presentations to obtain necessary approvals. /li liLead the structuring, execution and coordination of portfolio‑level financing and refinancing transactions, engaging with internal teams, lenders and advisers to secure optimal funding solutions in support of the Italian development pipeline. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
