is looking for a proactive and highly organised Warehouse Operations & Logistics Intern to join our team at our Milan HQ in Via Morimondo.
As a global leader in charity auctions, our physical hub is the heartbeat of our business.
We are looking for an individual to manage the end-to-end physical journey of exclusive memorabilia from arrival and photography to global fulfilment.
What You'll Do
Inventory & Intake:
Securely manage and catalog incoming high-value items, including sports memorabilia, luxury goods, and collectibles.
Studio Operations:
Own the in-house photography process.
You will set up, style, and shoot items to ensure they meet our global platform's visual standards.
Shipping & Fulfilment:




Handle premium packaging and coordinate with international couriers to ensure every winning bidder receives their item in perfect condition.
Digital Support:
Assist in the technical setup and dispatch of our e-marketing newsletters, ensuring our community is updated on the latest live auctions.
Office Support:
Keep the Via Morimondo warehouse and studio organised, optimised, and ready for high-volume auction cycles.
