Role Description
We are currently looking for a
Civil Supervisor
to support a major pharmaceutical project based in
Milan area
.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising daily civil construction activities on site.
Coordinating contractors and subcontractors.
Monitoring progress against the project schedule.
Verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and GMP requirements.
Ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and site safety procedures.
Participating in site inspections, progress meetings, and technical reviews.




Reporting construction progress, issues, and corrective actions to the project team.
Supporting commissioning and handover activities where required.
Requirements:
Proven experience
supervising civil construction activities
on complex industrial projects.
Previous exposure to
pharmaceutical
, biotech, chemical or other regulated manufacturing facilities.
Strong contractor management and site coordination skills.
Solid understanding of HSE and construction quality standards.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
Fluent
Italian is essential
for this role.
