Design and evolution of 4G/5G networks (RAN, Core, MVNO infrastructures)

Contribute to complex network transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives
Collaborate with experienced professionals and continually share knowledge
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
Experience or strong interest in mobile networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G) and RAN/Core architectures
Knowledge of OSS/BSS, Element Manager, and Telco monitoring platforms
Experience in design, validation, and optimization of mobile network infrastructures
Strong teamwork and clear communication skills
Strong interest in MVNO ecosystems and related architectures
Strong problem-solving and interoperability validation across network domains
Strong asset: experience with AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG, LLM reasoning
