/p /brpAs a Senior Validation Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary global development team and play a key role in ensuring that every new product fully meets its electrical, functional, and performance specifications before release to production.
You will work closely with Design, Applications, Product Engineering, Quality, and System teams to identify, debug, and resolve silicon and system-level issues while supporting aggressive product development and New Product Introduction (NPI) schedules.

/p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliValidate analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power management ICs against electrical, functional, and performance specifications.
/li /brliDefine validation methodologies, develop comprehensive validation plans, and ensure complete feature coverage.
/li /brliDesign, develop, and optimize advanced laboratory test setups for complex silicon evaluation.
/li /brliDesign custom evaluation boards and supporting hardware for silicon characterization.
/li /brliDevelop automated validation frameworks and measurement scripts using Python.
/li /brliPerform data acquisition, statistical analysis, result correlation, and preparation of detailed technical reports.
/li /brliEvaluate silicon performance at device,



board, and system level, identifying, documenting, and tracking silicon and application issues.
/li /brliGenerate validation reports, silicon evaluation summaries, and regular project status updates while meeting validation milestones.
/li /brliProactively track assigned activities, identify execution risks, and drive timely issue resolution.
/li /brliCollaborate closely with Design, Applications, Firmware, Product Engineering, and Quality teams to investigate and resolve silicon and system-level bugs.
/li /brliDrive continuous improvement of validation methodologies, laboratory automation, and overall silicon evaluation efficiency.
/li /brliContribute innovative ideas that enhance validation quality, automation, productivity, and time-to-market.
/li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
/li /brliHands-on experience in bench validation and debugging of mixed-signal or power management ICs.
/li /brliStrong laboratory skills and hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, source meters, digital multimeters, waveform generators, logic analyzers, and thermal equipment.
/li /brliProficiency with Python programming with particular use for lab automation hardware environments /li /brliGood knowledge of power management applications in consumer electronic /li /brliBoard level analog and digital circuit design expertise for PCB schematic creation /li /brliStrong analytical and debugging skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
/li /brliSelf-motivated, proactive,



and able to manage priorities while delivering high-quality results under demanding project schedules.
/li /brliGoals-oriented and able to deliver on-time results under tight schedules /li /brliExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within international cross-functional teams.
