/p ul liKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level /li liExperience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partner well with people at all levels within an organization, including coaching of junior staff /li liBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or Country equivalent /li liExperience in construction management /li liAnalytical and organizational capabilities /li liSpeak, write, and read fluently in English /li /ul ul liKnowledge of project management tools /li liExperience in construction or design /li liKnowledge of building codes and regulations /li liExperience with documentation systems /li liExperience in managing cool chains, refrigeration equipment and installations, temperature-controlled environments are considered a strong plus /li liFrench, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Portuguese, Turkish, Chinese (Mandarin), Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
